Trash to Trea$ure

I've been wanting to start collecting cheap or free furniture/scrap material and making art out of it. I have been wanting to paint on glass and shoot with it for a while now when my friend Sara (another amazing fellow artist) sent me a Craigslist link to a set of 5 FREE shower doors. I picked them up in Pasadena the next day. They've been sitting in my garage for a month now and I finally made the effort of making a mood board for a shoot we could use them in and buying some spray paint. What was going to be thrown in the trash will now become a backdrop or prop for photos, a piece of art to hang, a room divider, etc. I love making old look new!
